Need opinions on what to do with the rock rail holes

I want to either cover them up or put rock rails on it.

but it doesn't cover the holes.

any options?

I'd be a little leery of Pinch Weld Covers. If you shove something over them from the bottom, plastic or metal, they can trap water which can then cause rust. Especially bad where they use salt on the road.

Can you not tape the pinch welds off and spray with either black paint or better yet a black rubberized chip protection product? Here is an example, lots of options out there in clear and black. I'd probably do black on yours.

I used bed liner and plastic plugs.

The factory hoop steps are the expensive option.

Grommets along with undercoating/bedliner is the easy and inexpensive option.
