Was looking to add rock rails to my 2022 Big Bend to help with people opening doors and leaving dents in my doors. What I'm finding is that most of them don't extend past the curvature of the doors.

has anyone found a company that makes a set that extend past the doors?

I was looking at the Rough Country ones and thought about adding a spacer to get them out farther but if there is a set that don't need modification would prefer to go that way.

I'm not a fan of steps but know they would work.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm looking at the ZROADZ step/rail. They look pretty solid. I just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I just installed the rough country ones last week. They are stout and don’t need any extra drilling for install. Was able to get some use this weekend, held up great on challenging 8-8.5 rated Colorado trails. I mainly went with them because they are functional as a step, seem to tuck close enough to the front fender for blocking most rock chips and they are very reasonably priced.

also, I am not always a fan of needing to use a step, sometime I just like to hop in and out. It is just short enough to allow you to get in or out without the step being in the way.

This was one of two reasons I welded steps to my stock rails, the other being, well, steps. Any rail that sticks out 4+ inches should do the trick. IAG would be a good option.

Shrockworks should also fit the bill here.

I haven't checked on availability but Next Venture Motorsports was working on some beefy ones that would do just that.

Wife works in a place with unsavory characters based on her last vehicle so we opted for the biggest door guards found! She has a 2" lift with 35s and OEM steps are good against cars but other SUVs are still withing "door-ding reach" so these door guards helps.

I’ve been eyeing these. Super helpful to see them on a cactus grey. Thanks for sharing!

. They work with your Badlands Rock rails and not one nick on the doors yet.

Looks like you have to buy their extra mounting hardware tho? I have Bronco OEM tube steps I will be removing. But I hate the extra cost and not mounting to OEM spots.
