New 2022 Black Diamond at MSRP

Howdy all.
Been looking at Bronco’s and in the PNW just hadn’t 1) seen them on the lots all that much and 2) without an ADM.
But, with the current economic situation thought it might be time to look again.
Reached out to a few local dealers. They had their Bronco’s on the lot for $4750-30k (lol) over sticker.
Sent out some emails and spoke to a few dealers.
Found one that agreed to sell me one for MSRP. They did have a bunch of dealer add-ons I was able to remove (vin etch, warranty…etc) only thing they didn’t move on was LoJack type thing for $699 (got it down to $450).
So how did I do?
Paid MSRP +$450 and drove it home same day.

Hello fellow Seattlite! Nice Black Diamond! Always wonder what the take rate for thst trim level is down in Black Diamond, WA.

Which dealer did you pick if up from? Have a reservation (not an order… yet) at Ford of Kirkland. Their stock units have laughably high ADMs, but they assured that orders are sold at MSRP.

I think you did great, but why does it have Big Bend wheels on it... I'm not crazy am I?

That was my first thought after seeing the pictures. I'd request the black steelies before I drove it off the lot, but that's me. Other than that, if OP is happy, then good deal.

I went straight to my order guides for 2022 to see if I was nuts

You know! I was wondering why it had those wheels and assumed they were part of some upgrade pack!? Maybe why they had a $29,999 ADM on it originally?

I guess they swapped the wheels out for some reason then!

Yeah I saw the tires were correct so I was like maybe it’s a new package thing they’re doing , lol. I mean I liked the steelies but guess these wheels are worth more? lol.

I believe those are the optional BD wheels....for NON-SAS BD's, the steelies were standard, but you had an optional choice too. I believe these are those optional wheels.

Lol. They put the Black Diamond Grabbers back on it.

The tires say general grabber. More than likely they sold a big bend and someone wanted aftermarket wheels. I don’t the swap myself over the steelies.

Good deal, other than the fugly wheels. looks like they swapped them to get someone to buy a Big Bend. No loss if you're going with better wheels anyway, I just like the black steelies.
