Update, the dealer called and said the bronco is ready to pick up. He said the top was on incorrectly. I asked on both sides? He said yes. I’m going to ask them to show me how it was because while I’m no expert, I doubt all the latches would operate perfectly if the panels were not lined up. Hmm…

There is a TSB for this exact issue. A pillar leaks and comes out of that airbag location. They need to perform the TSB to fix the leak.

Quick update. I picked up the bronco and was skeptical about the roof panels being on wrong. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that they saw the misalignment. They hit it with a pressure washer and no leak. I‘m trying to understand who the panels can go on wrong. I’ll keep an eye on it
