My dealer finally received the steel bash plates. Ford sent the full kit with all four plates. They were installed yesterday. Took about an hour for the install of all four. I feel better taking it off road now.

Headed for Big Bend this morning for a bit of light trail exploring.

Definitely need the steel plates to deal with west Texas roads, never know what has fallen off a roustabout truck or hot shot trailer.

I did not order a Bronco when I could/should have....

That's what I wanted mine to look like, but Ford wouldn't allow me to order that particular color of red. So I got the other red, which gets a lot of complements. And it was a one-year-only color, so now it's unique. Two-door Base Sasquatch for the win!

Next time you head to big bend give me a shout. I'll take my bronco too. My story is identical to yours I also bought a race red base Sasquatch someone backed out on from sewell ford. I'm also in odessa and go to big bend often. Small world
