Winter is Coming..

Winter is here… it’s snowing tonight. It’d be great if they offered a winter driving off roadeo as well. There is a fun sounding winter driving class in NH, but not sure how it’d be in a Bronco.

There were a lot of places that even wet tires would make it difficult to go up the mountain add snow/ice and you’d have people rolling Bronco’s or sliding into trees. Flat dangerous for inexperienced drivers to take in those conditions. It’s just a safety thing. It was a pretty cool experience.

we went back in September and it rained which made everything super slick. couldn't imagine how bad it would be in the snow to try and tackle some of the obstacles

The building at the resort is used by the local ski team from November through spring. They pack up all the Bronco stuff, move it upstairs. Then in the spring set everything back up again. Definitely try to book next spring or summer when it’s available again, we went this fall and it was a blast. So much fun.

Called the resort, they had a 3yr contract & hasn't been renewed.
Not sure if this will be available as a site in the NE...too bad, only 3hrs away

But it’s only been opened one year, maybe 2? Bronco hasn’t been out three years now matter what people say they have been waiting for 3….

They were first planning on the New England Off-Roadeo in Vermont, but there was a lot of opposition from the local eco-zealots against 4x4'ing. Hopefully Ford is arranging another location. Gunstock was great!

When I attended during the New Hampshire OffRoadeo in the summer they said they stop in late fall for the ski season and start back up in the spring at a TBD date.

Spoke to a ski-lodge rep, that's all they told me.
I too was a little disappointed, but maybe things will take shape come the spring thaw

According to Bronco Off-Roadeo HQ:
"We will have availability in NH this year, the extended dates for 2023 are still to come, keep an eye on your email for any updates regarding reservation dates"
