2 days ago I picked up a lux package Badlands 4 door with the 2.3. 12 miles on it. Drove to Katy today for and at 160 miles, check engine came on and lose of power. Going back to the dealer tomorrow to see what's wrong . Area 51 is a awesome color

Sorry to hear of the issue. It seems that there is a rash of 2.3 limp mode issues lately...most appear to be associated with faulty waste gate actuator. Keep us posted on the outcome.

faulty waste gate actuator. They are ordering one. I have to bring it back Friday to get it replaced. In the meantime I get to drive a bronco that may run fine or may be in limp mode.

Nope. Still driving it. They said no harm to the engine. Drives fine about half the time. Other half no boost.

I'm not even that deep into my wait and I feel like I would pay that 5k to have it now. Stupid. I've never paid MSRP on a vehicle before and now the hype has me OK with it.
