It’s bound to have an assembly line pic in there like your order
I'm actually surprised Ford goes through the trouble of sending out the customer's exact Bronco. If I were them, I'd just sent out a stock photo from this album and say something like "Your Bronco is almost home. Here is a picture of what it might have looked like on the assembly line a few days ago 😅"

Does it matter? It will look like every other bronco.

Hell, Ford could have just sent you someone else's pic with an identical build and you wouldn't have noticed. They all look the same.

I never got any emails let alone a rejection on two different Broncos.

Funny thing is, that my 2 door Badlands Non Sas isn’t in the gallery. Lol

I have not received an assembly line picture, and now it looks like I won't. Instead, Ford sent this email with a link that goes...well, you'll see.

Click the link, and this is what I received, in place of the promised assembly line picture. Thank you, Ford.

To Ford: Don't piss on our heads and tell us it's raining.

I think you are missing the point of the post. Read beyond the first bit, read the email screenshot, read the second bit, and note what the second screenshot says. Compare that with the email screenshot shot, and tey to find the tidbit that may be a little bit funny or little bit aggravating, depending upon who the recipient of the email is. I hate having to walk you through this, but sometimes a little handholding is necessary.

It really isn't all that much or all that difficult. This was a PR move meant to assuage disenchanted reservation holders. Ford said they would do it, they should do it. Personally, the picture doesn't mean that much to me, but I would have framed it, because it is somewhat unique, in the automotive world, to have a picture of your vehicle coming off the assembly line. It definitely isn't a deal breaker or even something I feel the need to complain about. It is funny that their solution to missing pictures is to send a link to a video that cannot be watched.
