I have Zone Lighting in Ford Pass but it no longer works. Tapping the Zone Lighting Power button doesn’t do anything. The app sits there indefinitely showing the “trying to connect” animation, but nothing ever happens.
Ford Pass customer support put me on hold three times while self escalating to their supervisor. In the end they said this will be address in the next Ford Pass software update: 4.26.0.
