Not getting any alerts in FordPass app after installing perimeter alarm

I had a Ford perimeter alarm installed and am not getting any alerts in the ford pass app after testing it a few times. Is there some type of setting that needs to get done?

Try removing your bronco from the app then adding it back in. You will have to be in your bronco with it running. Essentially it's like you're setting it up for the first time. This fixed my problems.

Thank you. So delete my vehicle from the app and reinstall it while I’m in the bronco and it is running…correct?

Sorry to hear that you could try removing the bronco from the app then uninstalling the app from your phone. Then reinstalling everything. I have read on this forum that several people are having trouble with Apple phones and fordpass. Apparently ford is supposed to push out an update sometime in the near future to fix these problems.

I've never gotten any notifications either - are they supposed to be intrusive, or just show up in the app?

I had the perimeter alarm installed a few weeks ago and I have definitely received alerts from ford pass when the alarm triggered, and other normal stuff.
