Now June Emails?

My dealer told me estimated build dates will not come this week. Anyone hear something similar?

We are all waiting for a Delivery Estimate email from Ford that is to be sent in May. Build date is different than Delivery Estimate.

so....maybe its Technically SENT in May...but maybe it spends a week or two in the cloud...maybe even some time in the DarkWeb. Yeah...I can totally see how we might not actually receive it till late June. Or...

We call that a Friday Missile. In my industry, publicly funded construction, when the owner and engineer want to deliver bad news it always comes on a Friday afternoon. By the time you have a chance to read and respond they are out of the office and long gone. Particularly bad news is usually reserved for a 3 day weekend...

Corporations always drop bad news close of business-late Friday so they don't have to answers calls over the weekend. BONUS for Ford that we have a national holiday on Monday. IM SURE we will all forget about it by Tuesday.

I don’t know what you all are doing but you are required to email MAP directly about your build. If you haven’t done so yet then yours will not be scheduled in the next 6-36 months. Plus you are charged for the “parking space” your order is occupying without your email to them.

We should all expect an email from Ford by the end of May. I agree that in general, realistic expectations help avoid disappointment. But when an operation like Ford Motor Company tells the Bronco buying world it will say something in May, we should expect something in May. And Ford should expect to be royally shit upon if there is silence from them.

The cable guy, the AC guy, the handyman who was gonna give you an estimate to put your new front door in...they ain’t calling you when they say they will. Ford should.

This may be a matter of one word. They sent out build week emails, specific build day will be later but still in the same week short of another delay. I know this is minutia but there is a difference.
