Cannot change from "ordered" to "delivery taken" or input the vin information.

how the hell do you update any information on there? Ive even tried to remove vehicle, it asks " are you sure" click yes. Nothing changes same vehicle info, nothing removed

Website is terrible , I agree, but Off Roadeo experience will be worth it and then some! I went in July. One of the most enjoyable 2 days I’ve had in a long time. Call the contact number if you are having trouble. People that work there are super friendly and helpful.

I didn’t have to do that, it automatically refunded me about a week after I took delivery

Try doing it without the VIN. I'm not scheduled yet but after a day or so they were able to look up my order and authenticate my account.

It's the same with www.ford.com. Many times it just doesn't work properly. They must use the same company to build all of their web sites. Probably a subsidiary of Webasto.........sorry, just had too do it.
