One more Cactus Grey thread

My Cactus thread got lost in the shuffle, but this shot is very accurate to what the color looks like in person.

I've personally seen Cactus Gray Sports at two different dealers. It really depends on how the sun is hitting it. Almost looks to washed our in direct sun, but out of direct sun it's a light gray with a mint green hue.
To me these pics comes pretty close.

Well, I found a local dealer today that had a Bronco Sport in Cactus Grey.

We went to see the color in person and took the color swatch with us.
First pic is in the shade and second pic in the sun. Pics were taken with same IPhone as the original pics I posted.

Some may be surprised.

If this isn't proof that the background colours mess with a camera's colour processing than I don't know what is.

Dude, the pics in the first post are the same swatch and same camera used. Swatch was taped to a white background.

Take your paint chip and shove it because it has zero value until you put it next to the car.

Relax a bit and look at the pictures again when you're level headed.

I saw a ranger with cg which is weird because for doesn't show it being available for them but there is a new one at Mike Naughten ford in Denver

I think a valid point is that in the first pic the color looks like it does because the angle of the slopes, even though it's in sunlight. The second pic is on a flat surface in direct sunlight.


I did like the color and will be a Cactus Grey buyer.
