Simple 90 degree bracket. You can mark this out with a sharpie and cut with hand tools if you need to. Made from .080 mild steel widely available.

This thread has given me all kinds of ideas on how I want to organize the cargo area. Currently, this is my tentative plan using 10 series extruded aluminum for the frame. Has room for a 45L fridge, 50L water tank, and the drawer has been sized to fit 2 full Sidio crates. The area on top of the drawer could either be used for more storage or a place for my dog to ride. My goal is to keep things as modular as possible, so I'd be able to remove the top shelf, drawer/water tank, and/or the fridge slide separately, depending on what I'm doing.

Have you thought of using 80/20 rail? I think TrailRax uses it in their roof rack builds. Its inexpensive, sturdy, and has tons of components widely available.

Yes, the 80/20 rail used on the Trailrax is 10 series, so I'd like to use the same. I've been going off what they have on Tnutz website: https://www.tnutz.com/product-category/10-series-extrusions/

I would have to physically measure a 2door. I don't have a SEMA data transfer membership. Last time I spoke with SEMA a membership was $250 and the tech transfer was $800. If I can increase sales its the first thing I am going to apply for.

Vention.io Has a free 80.20 web based building tool I found it a bit clunky but check it out might be good for prototyping. Their pricing is astronomical but its a good tool for visualization.

Yeah, I just tried it out and it does seem pretty clunky and overkill for this simple project. I'm more familiar with Sketchup so I've always just used that. With the 10 series, the extrusions are all 1"x1", so mocking things up are straightforward.

If this is open source free type stuff I'd be happy to chip in for your file transfer. If you're doing it as a business then sounds like it might be worth your investment.

I want to get a set of your blue latch plates and bushings, but i'm stuck in production for 6 weeks now with zero info as to why. Last year they held my soft top for 9 months and shipped it with a stop sale recall I had to wait another month for once it arrived at the dealer. I'm not going to wait again. If they can't figure it out when I get home from vacation in a couple weeks I'm buying something else. Sick of Ford's lies and BS with this Bronco launch i've been waiting 3 years now
