Order not showing in Ford.com

Anybody else order from their dealer and not showing in your account on Ford.com? My order date was 11/16/21 and have received the confirmation email from Ford but still not showing. Does it only show up when they create a VIN?

actually .. my order is displaying. You order is really recent like last month recent. My dealership told me when I tried to change my order from 500 days ago that the ordering system is not allowing an order with a 2.7 or hardtop to be entered into the system. if you fall into this category then maybe this is why your order is not displaying.

Mine showed up when I had a vin - but disappears from time to time.

Using your reservation number instead of the Xs you should be able to find it using this:

Just checked and appears its down, but thanks for the link. Perhaps I am just way to anxious to get one with every option that is currently delayed.

Then that is my problem, dealer direct order and the fact that I ordered a WT with all the options that are going to cause it to be delayed.

Yeah, Vrticle said that dealer orders are having a problem showing up. I will just continue to call once a month to my dealer and check status if it never shows up. Maybe they will get tired of that and update my information.

So not to be a creeper, but what do you think about your Ecosport? I pick mine up Monday. 2018 SES 4WD. Replacing my 2018 GMC Terrain.

So not to be a creeper, but what do you think about your Ecosport? I pick mine up Monday. 2018 SES 4WD. Replacing my 2018 GMC Terrain.

I can't say that I am impressed but the wife loves it. In all fairness, I drive the F150 daily with a 5.0 so is not a fair comparison to the EcoSport. It gets great gas mileage and am pretty sure I will have a better opinion of it when we drive to California and back for the holidays.
