Does this indicate the order went to Ford? And if so why does it not show in my reservation details at the Ford site?

It indicates that the dealer built it in the order system. If it’s not showing on your Ford profile one of three things happened:

1. Dealer hasn’t actually submitted the built order to the system yet.

2. Your order is not correctly linked to your reservation.

3. It’s just a glitch and everything is fine. Another person on the forum has reported their confirmed order not showing on Ford.com

You should ask your dealer and/or call the Bronco customer service line (800) 334-4375
