Has anyone else ordered any Bronco accessories through the official Ford Accessories website? I ordered a Bimini top on June 8th and immediately received an email with my order notification, but then nothing else. Called the dealer that was supposed to receive the top on the 17th, and they had never heard of it. I logged a case with Ford on the 18th, and never heard back. Called them this morning and they said nothing had been done on it, but they would escalate and call me back in a week (I've heard that before).
Basically, does anyone know how I can get information about where this order is??
