does the starting trim really matter in this scenario? If we want it all, we would want it all regardless of the starting trim. It’s unlikely the options will cost more on one trim than another (unless you’re going up more tiers, e.g from standard to luxe rather than from mid to luxe).
The starting trims don't all offer the same features before you add options. Some start with floor drains and different suspension and others have carpet and more basic suspension as examples.

Makes me wish my dealer knew something. He hasn’t confirmed x plan yet lol
I have been lurking for a long time. I will drive this for 30 months as my company car and then buy it and keep it as my extra car. I am between a Outerbanks and a Badlands.

I love the look of the Sasquatch package, but honestly am likely never going to off road it to the extent that what the Sasquatch package offers, is much better than "stock". 35" tires can obviously be added later, and with all the mods being offered, I would imagine the wider fender flares would be too, yes? For that reason I am thinking I'll pass on the Sasquatch and at some point down the line, mod the truck to have the the wider Sasquatch appearance.

Wife and I are planning on Cactus Gray 4dr, ideally with white hard top, roof rails, 2.7L, High package for sure, possibly Lux depending on pricing. Not sure about the painted fenders yet. I do really like the non-painted. Indifferent about mirror caps.

I wish we could get this one with the marine vinyl seats and rubber floor. If that were an option this trim would be a no brained for me.

If they did that, you wouldn't be able to get many of the options this model has.

Does that include the disconnecting sway?
If I’m reading the trim packaging standard and optional list correct, the sway bar disconnect only comes on the Badlands and the First Edition.

I started out looking at Outer Banks, and then wound up reserving a Wildtrak. But may end up in an Outer Banks after all depending on option prices and whatnot.
That's exactly what I did. The Wildtrak is nicely loaded.

Planning to buy my wife the OB, Cactus Gray, 2.7l, lux, black hard too, question is do I just do the lift and put different wheels and 35’s on and keep the painted fenders? Or is it worth it to go to squatch package? Wondering if having the squatch gearing will be better on MPG?

I really prefer the black fender flares and I know the OB comes with painted ones but since they are easily removable there will be a ton of aftermarket ones to get and try out.

I think you might be able to order the 35" tires with black 17' beaded wheels without sasquatch. Gives you the look without the lift and extra money for suspension. Use the extra money for the 2.7 or lux?
