Meraki Hammocks offers an overlanding hammock for the 6th Gen (2021+) Bronco. Our hammocks hang diagonally inside the cabin of the 2-door and the 4-door Bronco.

Hammock Specs:
Fabric: 1.6 oz HyperD and 1.6 oz HyperD Eco fabrics are the fabrics that I use. This fabric is a lightweight diamond grid nylon.
Thread: Gutermann MARA 70
Weight Limit: 300 lbs
Length: 92" (4 door); 85" (2 door)
Width: 59"
Hammock Weight: 8.5oz / 241g
Packed Dimensions: 9"x3"×3" (L x W x H)

Sleeping inside the Bronco is like sleeping in a tent. If you are a weekend overlander, you will love this minimalist approach to camping.

The patent pending hammock brackets can be installed in minutes in both hard-top and soft-top Broncos. Hammocks for 4-door Broncos will include two brackets. Hammocks for 2-door Broncos will receive one bracket. Installation Instructions will be included. NO DRILLING!

In the bespoke tradition, you will select the color of fabric and stitching. Fabric color choices are sage green, Moroccan blue, slate blue, gray, orange, dark olive, crimson red and black. Thread color choices are crimson red, Moroccan blue, slate blue, orange, yellow, olive drab, gray, and black.

The cost of the 4-door hammock is $225. The cost of the 2-door hammock is $175. Shipping is $15 via the USPS.

When you contact Meraki Hammocks at [email protected], please specify your color choice of fabric and stitching. You will need to specify if you have a 2-door or a 4-door Bronco. Your order will be confirmed with payment instructions. After payment is received, your hammock will be built. Please anticipate 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

* The 2 door hammock is best suited to users up to 5' 8" tall. The 4 door hammock is best suited for users up to 6'3" tall.

If you want to hang in your Bronco, I want to build your hammock.

Thank you.

Randall

Oh no. How bad would 4 more inches be?

I'm 5'10" and am totally okay with attempting it in my 2 door!

Do you have to remove the roof panels? All your pictures have them removed.

I am 6' and it was a tight fit in the 2-door prior to the development of the bracket. The bracket will easily give a couple more inches of comfort. My concern is that users over 5'8" would only have a "meh" experience. I am going to connect with one of my 2-door clients to install the new bracket. I'll test it out and take pics.

Only the front right t-top for installation. Then, you would leave the bracket in place. The hammock can be attached to the bracket and detached from the bracket with the top on. Super easy!

Where in Idaho are you? You go first and I'll come see you to try it. 😁
In the treasure valley area which is about as specific as I'd like to get with a stranger on the internet 😂

My Bronco arrives the first week of April so if you're in the area and know of any bronco groups, let me know!

I'm 6'3" with a 2 door. I'm guessing you don't recommend this for someone my height?

Abe, I don't recommend it. Your legs would straddle outside of the hammock. It would not be comfortable for an extended period of time. I do have an idea for another design that might work. I have just not prioritized making a prototype. I'll let you know when I get around to building the prototype.
