Peak Blue Metallic

Is this a new color or renamed existing? My google Kung fu may be weak, I’m not able to find a ford car in that color on interwebs. Looks like it may be a good replacement for A51 if the rumors are true and that color goes away.

New Blue aka LEGEND-ary Blue

Note: A51 is in the background. It is not Velocity Blue. This was a special chassis that disappeared. Chassis run down the line are mounted on metal sleds. This was on a wooden skid destined to be hand built.

Comparing blue swatches, peak blue metallic seems closest to boundless blue metallic to me. Peak blue might be a little darker hue.

LOL… Those “color swatches” are SO far off what the colors look like in real life, it’s pointless to even look at them. If the one above didn’t say A51, I would have sworn it was Carbonized Gray. The pictures of actual vehicles give you a much better idea, but it still doesn’t compare to seeing them in daylight. I would never order a color based on one of those swatches on my screen…

So far we've only seen the paint chip released. But perhaps missed an Easter egg. At the Heritage release media event, they had the other news colors represented on example new broncos, but why not Peak Blue . But, perhaps . . . just perhaps, Peak Blue was represented. Do y'all see it?

I'd say this is close to Robin's Eggs Blue. I expect peak blue to be deeper in color with metal flakes.
