If you look at the LLOD walkaround video, at the 2:40 or so point there are shots of the rear cargo area. Behind the fluid carrier they have installed is a squarish pocket on the side wall that seems to be 6" deep or so. I would bet that is the installation point for the subwoofer.

Is it safe to assume the harness for the sub is on every Bronco? At worse, maybe a pigtail needs to be added?

It "should" be in this category, but the trim panel doesn't show up in the list. It would be much more expensive than the little pieces. For the 2 door, the diagram is visible, but the trim panel part (#5 in that diagram) doesn't show up. I have noticed that some missing parts from the front speaker diagrams are starting to show up. I guess it will take some time before the parts database is cleaned up.
