I was looking at the wheel/tire pic thread. I really liked the look of the 4 door base that the owner put 285 75r16 on stock base rim. However the tire size is not recommended for that rim width.

The same day, I parked next to a 4 door wrangler. They had on 265 75r16 Fallen Wildpeaks. They looked really good. It made me think this would look good on the base stock rims. Also, everyone says the 265's on the black diamond look great in person.

Has anyone seen any pictures of this tire size on a Bronco yet?

Dang!! That size tire has pretty good pricing in the SL load range ... if that will work for you.
Seems like SL and E rated have the most tire choices.

I see the height is the same as the Black Diamond 265/70-17, 31.6", interesting.

The non-squatch Broncos I have seen still look pretty good in my opinion. Those 32" are not as small as I thought they'd be.

The biggest thing with the Black Diamond stance is the aggressive tread pattern. It gives the rig a whole new look.
So, if you pick some cool looking All Terrains it's going to look exactly like a Black Diamond .

The 265/75R16 is a very popular size on the Tacoma forum with the same 16x7 size wheels.
Oh really? Tires are expensive, so I usually check for used deals before I decide to buy new. I was looking for that size a few years ago, and after a few weeks, I had to pull the plug and buy new. 16" wheels are definitely not as common as they used to be.

I posted a 78 page thread going back to 2017 on that size from the Taco forum, yeah, I’d say265/75R16 is popular with Toyota folks. I’m not sure what you’re going for with your post. The fact that you who purchases used tires couldn’t find something used means nothing. 16” wheels are definitely less common today than a few years ago, but all Tacoma’s (except the sport and Limited) come stock with 16” wheels.

Oakpv1, that's a perfect example of what Ford should have offered.

I'm also looking to upgrade my base tires to something with a little bigger. In 16" the 265/75/16 cost wise is the best option, diameter 31.7" and 10.5" wide. On the Black Diamond w/17" steelies the tires are 31.7"x 10.7 wide. I'll like the steel rim look but if the price is right I might grab some ones tires/rims (badlands, big bend,...) when they upgrade. I'll wait until they get some miles on them right now people are asking too much for them for me to make the switch.

CONGRATS!!! Looks SHARP! C Grey was my (and the daughters, yep, she had some sway in process) second choice.
LOL, my stockers had to go after 5k miles.

I wanted to be around 33" but back then larger tires were hard to come by, the first ones that popped up were 35 x 11.5-17 Toyo AT3's ... I jumped on those so fast !!! LOL

The gearing for a manual would be PERFECT at 33". It currently feels a touch too tall, gearing-wise. Easily drive-able, just not an "ideal" match.

I did not want to go bigger than these 265/75R16s first off, but may eventually go to 285/75R16E?
Here are a few pictures today with my roof rack I bought from Mommyrocker on here & installed out in our shop!

Those look pretty good. If I can't find a set of BD takeoffs, I was thinking of 265/75R16 Coopers. Cooper makes a C rating which is seriously hard to find anymore.

Those are the 265/75r16s? Those look perfect I wouldn't go bigger. Planning to get rid of my stocks after rotating them 4 times

Yes, I will likely stay the course with 265/75R16E BFG K02 AT's. I am really happy with these!

Good to hear, I may get the same tires eventually, the tread looks so cool on them. I think any bigger than those and you kind of lose the safari vibe that the base model gives off.
