Awesome setup!

Unfortunately, we don't offer black hardware. Sorry about that.
Thanks for the response. Can you provide the hardware specs? See if we can pick up some from another source.

Mock up complete. Deciding whether to flip the brackets to keep the bolts from being exposed. On mountains2metals website they show installed as in the pic….

I quite liked the RTR bracket they made to fit some round lamps on the A-pillar utilizing the front roof rack mounting points. The integration is clean and drops the lamps lower than having them above the pillar which is a cleaner application to my eyes.

But then again, i'm also preferable to round lamps instead of the alien looking multi-diode, multi-lamp square kits. To each their own.

I have been looking at videos and pictures of the pillar mount lights built by a many different companies(BD,DD,KC and Rigid). I don't like the look of the lights mounting directly on the cowl.
The Body Guard mount looks really nice, Are there other kits that actually have a cowl mounting plate?
I see BD has one but watched a video and it looked like it wasn't included. Seems everyone's light kits are just a little different.
Anyone else using different brackets, pictures would be nice.
I'm looking at the Bodyguard Brackets too. Only found them straight from Bodyguard and TCBronco.com Both seemed to have pretty high shipping for the size $26 and $30. Wondering if anyone has maybe found a better deal on them?

I had my order ready to put in until I saw the ridiculous shipping price on these...that's crazy..I'm not paying 30 bucks to shop something that cost 12 bucks tops to ship

By any chance has anyone on here used the JCR A pillar ditch light mounts and mounted the 4" Rigid pods to them? Do they fit, meaning does the back of the pod bump in to the A pillar not allowing correct fitment or does it work? It is tough telling from the pics on the website whether they would work. I assume the Baja lights pictured on the mounts are really close to the same depth.
Any insight would be great.
Thanks

Edit: Disregard, I just went down and looked at the Rigid mounting bracket and because of its reverse-ability, the JCR mount will certainly work.

Here’s the mock up ready for install. One question @Diode Dynamics do you have black hardware by chance?

I read this thread related to looking for mount options for ditch lights and wanted to follow up and ask about how you are using both the fog and combo lights on your A-pillar - in regards to what conditions are you finding the fog of benefit? I hadn't considered mounting 2 lights until I saw your thread and perhaps there is a need I haven't realized yet. :)
