I just changed mine today after reading this.
Almost 67k miles.
No codes, no big misfires.
Slight choppy idle, especially in cold weather (some seems to be inherent anyway it seems).
Surging slightly, barely perceptible, but there under load (passing, accelerating), more pronounced until operating temp.
Using cruise it seemed to have to work a slight bit harder and/or stay in boost more.

One of the easiest plug changes (2.7) I think I e encountered in a good while, especially on any vehicle newer than the turn of the century.
From walking up to it with the tools until closing the hood was about 30 minutes.
Not suggesting we go against manufacturer recommendations, not suggesting anyone throw money away, and definitely not suggesting plugs need changing with low mileage engines.
I’ll know tomorrow when I drive it if it made any discernible difference.
In my case with the 4 hr drive to SCE Friday and the cross-country trip in June I figured it was $80 well spent, especially if I gain any MPG back at all (not a huge determining factor, as it’s a heavy box with 37’s).
I’ve wasted larger sums on dumber efforts.

FWIW plugs looked similar to OP’s, a bit of carbon but nothing grand to note.

SP-594 seems to be the new number that supersedes the one noted earlier in the thread.
You can still get the old part #, just apparently not in stock anywhere near me and Amazon was over a week out on delivery. Identical to the ones I removed.

Hey OP,
With your modifications, I think you will benefit from running a slightly colder plug. I suggest the NGK Ruthenium HX - LTR6BHX.
It will not provide the same life of the OEM plugs, but it will provide a snappier throttle response and quicker starting.

I did switch my plugs to one step colder from OEM with the @Caleb@PandaMotorworks PandaPower module. Easy as heck on the 2.3 and no issues in the 1,000 miles since.

I wasn't talking about you. It was directed to the "I got a canned tune and intercooler now I need colder plugs cause of all the pOwEr" group.
Hey, I put the Ford tune on mine, and I have zero clue what a colder plug is or what it would do... So I'm just going to need all the fixin's that AutoZone offers. Including those LED ambient lights and wheel well lights. That'll get'er done

Is it time to change the plugs yet? Asking for a friend who has a 2021 with 110k miles.

Well, there is the thought by some that you just wait for the first misfire code and replace the coils and plugs then. 🙂 Your “friend” will probably get one within the next 10k miles. 😉

I don’t like over 60k on a plug. But I'm mid 50s and in the 80s we changed them at 45k. So progress.

By no means an authority on auto ignitions but from my motorcycle and dirt bike racing days, those look pretty close to ideal. 15k miles isn't mush of a stretch for sparkplugs these days. Unleaded gad and high energy ignitions largely solved those issues 30 years ago. I don't think I'd go hotter, there's no evidence of a overly rich mixture and with turbos and the mods you're running I'd err on the side of rich anyway. Plugs are relatively cheap, I'd run the factory plugs and just plan on changing them every 25-30k to keep an eye on it. Going hotter risks pre-ignition or detonation and perhaps holing a piston.

With that many miles you're gonna need plugs that are at least 5 heat ranges colder.
You may need to add diesel fuel additive as well.
Get another 110K miles out of it.
😁

The rule of thumb is 1 step colder for every 75-100whp increase. None of you yahoos is even close to there with the mods any of you listed.
I keep lookin' for where I put the beer in but so far no luck.

Changing plug heat range will likely decrease performance if there have been no modifications to the engine. I highly doubt Ford would leave any performance/fuel economy on the table over 6 spark plugs. If you are upgrading plugs (in the same heat range) to higher quality brand to increase the longevity of them... I certainly can understand that though.
