MT is good to 450 hp and ~400 lb ft. Tire/wheel weight, drive axel size, and Gearing ratios in the transfer case and diff is what's going to make or break the MTI need multiple choice.
Base and build it out vs Badlands? But how long will it be until there is a good selection of aftermarket parts? Building out a base model on Wranglers in the past has been easy with so many options.
Manual with 2.3L and doing a tune vs AT 2.7L? Love manual, but that small engine and having to get a tune and run premium. AT with 2.7L at $1895 is a good deal and I'll get the trail turn assist and one pedal driving and more torque than I'd get with the 2.3L tuned engine. I could probably tune the 2.3L even higher, but will the MT handle that?
If I go base, then what color out of those options? None of them really wow me...
