If it helps clarify, here’s the Q&A email from Jan 16:
  • Should dealerships be converting as many Bronco reservations as they can during the conversion window?
    • Yes, except for those customers who want a 22MY Bronco. Converting will allow us to provide those customers with an estimated delivery window in May.

I would have written ".... provide those customers with a delivery window estimate in May"

They're providing us an estimate, not a window.

When you get an estimate for a car repair, you get a repair estimate, not an estimated repair.

They're providing us an estimate, not a window.

When you get an estimate for a car repair, you get a repair estimate, not an estimated repair.
Makes sense. Although this could be seen as an estimated time of arrival/ETA for your Bronco rather than a time of arrival estimate (the metric TAE). Another episode of Fun Semantics with Ford for the kids to watch
