@Cat do you have anything to show where the 11,000 User Appreciation or 1,100 order conversion points come from? When I call the FordPass customer service number, they say they know nothing about it.

Points will be added to your account after you purchase, and after you sync Bronco with Ford Pass app. These are added by your dealer, not the Ford Pass folks. The list of Pass Points i compiled are points Bronco6g OPs have received. Check this link for more info: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...-reservation-holders.19679/page-4#post-948367

@Cat and OP, Thanks for pulling this together. I have converted this into a Google sheet and sorted/categorized these items. I will be using it today when I take delivery of my FE. I hope everyone is able to take advantage of this going forward. As more items appear, please add them to the appropriate category and keep this for future forum members/bronco owners.

Maybe a Mod and make this a sticky post.
GoogleSheet Link

Would love to hear back about how effective the OCD (Owner Checklist for Delivery) was, what you found, and the Dealer reaction when you used it.

I’ve already taken delivery of my Bronco and when I called the FordPass Rewards customer service number, they had no idea what I was talking about with the 11,000 appreciation or the 1100 order conversion points. I’ve saved every email I got from Ford on the Bronco and I don’t see it there either. Do you mind sharing where you got this info?

A couple questions/comments on this, Cat.

1- the 200,000 points were also MOD to Soft Top
2- How do we go about ensuring all of these points are activated to our Ford Pass Account? We are 7/14 reservation, 2/15 conversion, and had MOD top on our original order (changed to soft top in early July), so we should get all of those points.
3- What exactly is the User Appreciation Points and the Customer Satisfaction Funds?

Thanks!!

Thanks for this excellent info and list - I was looking for something to use at pickup next week!
1 - Was there an end date for this switch from Mod to soft to receive points? @6SpeedBowtie
3 - I assume my sales guy doesn't know about or won't mention to me the Customer Satisfaction Funds. What's the best way to approach, "can I have the $1000 CSF please? I'll probably spend it here..."

Bronco Swag Bag - first 100 broncos at the individual dealership or the elite first 100 broncos overall? (love that swag)

I believe the cut off was April 8, 2021
I believe it was extended, because when I made the change, I was told the offer was still on the table (and we changed in early July). The extension came when they announced MOD top wasn't going to be late 2021, but rather 2023.

Your pics blew me away. I included your issue & pics in a letter to the Ford Executive team this morning. I hope you don't mind...i prolly should have asked first? <cheeky smile>
I don't mind at all. I was just dumbfounded that it could escape the plant like that. The picture is a point of record, and I haven't been nasty about this, just factual and honest.

Also, @Cat, you can add windshield washer spray and front parking sensors to the list. I just went to wash my windshield while out on a quick drive, and I can hear the washer pumping, but no spray -- and before anyone asks, the reservoir is full of washer fluid.

I'm getting a sense that I may need to assemble a "hit list" for the dealer and book a week-long stay with their mechanic.

I guess this is what a warranty is for, but this isn't going to be cheap for Ford.

Problems happen when you assemble cars, and an occasional lemon emerges (I know this because I had a 2017 JK Wrangler that was bought back by Chrysler after 45 days in the shop with only 374 miles on the odometer). If it can happen with a product that had produced hundreds of thousands over nearly 10 years, it's certainly going to happen with a brand new product. The concerning thing is, the high number of quality issues -- including some blatantly ignored -- that we seem to be seeing.

The bronco satisfaction funds... Remind me who is eligible? Mine was built aug8-oct2nd(ish) and because I didn't get it timely I did complain and got free door bags out of it. I wonder if that's my "satisfaction funds." And what's concerning. If I didnt say anything I fear the dealer would have pocketed it.
