In the winter, we like to plug in our ski boots to and from the slopes. Our heaters draw 13W each. Likely less than .25 amps.

Are there recommendations for a cargo area inverter with 2 sockets? I'd like to do a proper installation rather than zip tying something to the rollbar. Maybe tucked behind the panel.

I am amenable to using one of the Aux switches for this.

You do not need to overthink this for such a small draw. The cheapest and probably the easiest thing would to by something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004MDXS0U/?tag=thewire06-20&linkCode=xm2&ascsubtag=AwEAAAAAAAAAAZ8P and plug the 12v socket plug into the cargo area 12v socket and plug your warmers into this inverter. That particular inverter is recommended by NY Times Wirecutter and it's specs exceed your needs, plus you can use it for a little more (like a small air pump for blow up mattresses) and you're only out $25/$30.

Thanks! I ordered one. I'm gonna keep working on mounting it behind the access panel....
