Replacement lug nuts

I'm wanting to replace the 2 piece lug nuts with a one piece style. I've seen the M14 x 1.5 60⁰ and the M12 x 1.5 60⁰ listed for the Bronco. Which is the correct one? 2024 OB stock wheels.

M12 unless yours is a raptor. I bought Dorman brand from Amazon.

Several of the offered lug nut sets mention "small diameter" and have this note: "These small-diameter lug nuts are NOT designed for use on factory wheels or use on the Bronco Sport."

What's up with that? Is it just the hex portion or also the mating surface of the lug nut that is smaller diameter than OEM?

I've got OEM Ford Ranger wheels on my Bronco, so it seems I should not use the small diameter lug nuts?

They work fine, but a small circle of the wheel shows around each one. You have to look hard to notice.
