the 6100 bills are digressive. Steep loading force slope for small shock velocities. After a while you will be able to tell if a quarter is heads or tails after you run over it.
I think the shocks feel great and smooth. Very comfortable over bumps. I need to test them on actual trails once the 6feet of snow is melted in the high country. Hopefully by early July.

Yeah. I also have the 6100s. I like them. Just helping others understand what they are getting with this shock. I wouldn’t want a progressive shock, near linear would be good. For the cost I really like the 6100s.

Well I finally got offroad with the revalve. All I can say is what ever they did it has made a world of difference.
So much better in the slow technical stuff.
I'm very happy with these shocks both on and off road. I feel like on the road they are firm enough that it feels planted and controlled, but when you get off road in the rocks they seem to magically soften and become more compliant and malleable, if that makes any sense at all. I wish I could give a more nuanced comprehensive review.

TLDR, shocks more gooder, me like.

Sounds like they might have revalved from digressive to linear.... Definitely my preference (linear that is)

I would be curious to peak at the damping curves, shock force vs piston velocity.

That's great to hear, thanks for the update! Is this photo from the Rubicon by chance? I cannot wait to get back out there this summer myself.

Just to clarify, Ride Shocks have never been digressively valved/tuned. There is a lot that goes into tuning. We are constantly learning and improving our tuning. We wont settle for "good enough" and our customers deserve the best.

Yes sir. Had so much fun I'm running it again this weekend going the other way.
Other way, as in down Cadillac? Great trail both ways. If Fordyce isn't on your bucket list, it's 100% worth adding. You probably have the height for the water crossings too.

I second the notion that my Ride shocks seem better off road, softer somehow.
Mine are SO much better now after the revalve. I haven’t done any hard off-roading, but the few easy trails I’ve taken it on it’s been night and day difference. It definitely feels sporty on the roads and less tippy off-road. I haven’t really felt the need to use the adjusters yet (have them fully open), but we’ll see.

@AccuTune Offroad was extremely helpful. I drove down to San Diego for the revalve and they were able to get it done in one day so I didn’t have to take more time off work.

They also sent me a new spanner wrench and some t shirts for free after my tools were stolen from my bronco.

Other companies need to take notes! This is a masterclass in customer service and how to handle issues. Thanks again @AccuTune Offroad

Nice! Thats my preferred route (Loon to Cadillac), although we usually stay for a week and do a bunch of day trips. Looks like fun!

Heck yea! If you're happy, we are happy! It's tough for some big name companies to offer the service we do, but feedback like this makes it worth all the extra effort.

Thank you for the updates!

Mvilla: when did you originally buy Ride Shocks and when did you revalve ? I bought mine about a month ago and supposedly it had softer valving already vs Ride Shocks from earlier.
