Roof rack question

Could someone tell me how to improve the roof rating? Is it only by getting a new top? I’m new to basically all of this but have gotten very interested in the Bronco and would like to get a RTT as soon as ours is built. Thanks!

Hi and welcome from a fellow Kansas person.

I do not know how to make the roof itself stronger without a complete rework of structure.
But, maybe you could make a frame from the Bronco body up to the rack that helps support some of the weight. You might check out Gobi racks to see their frame.
