Rough Country speedometer calibration

Has anyone used the rough country speedometer calibrator? It says it’s plug and play in the OBD port and corrects the speedometer as well as will adjust the shift points for the larger times which is my main concern. Has anyone tried this device out?

I'm definitely interested if it can be used and not have to deal with forscan.

They swear it can be used with the bronco. I was just trying not to be the Guinea pig for everyone but looks like I’m about to be! I’m ordering it.

Looking at install directions it is not a obd port install.

It still doesn’t look horrible my hang up is having an aftermarket module inline. With Forscan your not adding anything it’s all ford software which has issues without any help from another brand.

I saw that as well on the instructions but they appear to be old. All the recent videos I’ve watched on YouTube show a true plug and play device as does the RC description on the product page

How did the rough country speedo calibrator work for the bronco?

I use OBD Jscan on my wrangler (no bronco yet) and have used it often with no issues. As staed if your speedo is off then your shift points and other things will also be off. I have the forscan app and tried to use it on my 2000 F350 but it never worked well for me. So what are the issues with forscan?

I have a new unused rough country speedometer calibrator for sale in the members for sale section. I ended up buying a ford pro cal and that allows recalibrating the speedometer. I have used the rough country calibration tool on ford trucks and they work well.
