Pros and cons of a 1.5" perch collar lift. I have a 2025 Bronco Badlands Sasaquatch with the Fox HOSS 3.0 suspension. The Bronco is only about 1/2" higher in the which is what I want. I only want to lift the Bronco 1" to 1 1/2" while reusing the Fox shocks. I don't mind if it rides a little stiffer, but at only 1 1/2" lift, it shouldn't be too noticeable. Has any one else installed the 1 1/2" front and back and if you did, how did it turn out.

Yes, but Foutz brand, plus a 1 inch level kit. With a winch and a lot of added armor and bumper weight it brought me back to stock lift, leveled. Rides great.

What leveling kit did you use? My research has shown that most leveling kits say they wont work with HOSS 3.0 so I have still been searching.

Done any off roading or rock crawing since installing the perch collars? I'm very curious to know if there are negatives to perch collars when it comes to off-roading.

I have the 2" RPG collars on my Wildtrak. The HOSS3 ride does change, but still good... My winch isn't on yet, I'm waiting on my mind to like a winch capable bumper... 🤯
There might be cheaper collars out there now.

I just installed the RPG 1-1/2 collars on my 24 two-door BL SAS. It turned out to be a little more challenging than I expected but it turned out well. I had to remove a lot of stuff that I had never done before--on the front that is the caliper, rotor, ball joint, tie rod, axle nut, push the axle through the knuckle (yikes), and then wrangle the shock out. Rear is much easer. Ground to flare is now 41" all around with about 100lbs of gear in the back. Tools I had to buy included a Milwaukee 1/2" high-torque driver (you definitely need one), a few big sockets, a 250 ft-lb torque wrench, and a big ass pry bar to force the LCA down to get the front shock out. A spring compressor was rented, for free, from Auto Zone. That was kind of a bitch because the shock kept rotating out of alignment. Speaking of alignment it had to be reset as well.

Have you taken it off-road or done any high articulation stuff like rock crawling? This is the area I am really concerned with regarding perch collars and want to know how there are in these situations.

I've taken mine to Moab twice and Sand Hollow once... I kept to level 6 trails (Moab rating) and below.... No issues, all fun.

Has anyone installed the RPG perch collars without removing the coilovers. I saw a video of a guy who did it on a F150 Raptor. Took him about 20 minutes per front side. Any Bronco videos?

Can you post a picture or 2 for your Bronco, primarily the side profile that shows the tire and fender flares

I am actually going to try this method tomorrow since I don't want to take everything apart. I'm only doing a 1.5" perch collar so I won't have to compress the springs too much while still installed.

Good luck, I did it the hard way. Keep in mind, I believe (F-150) Raptors have longer travel, thus the springs will compress more than the Bronco's shorter throw.
I wish you the best.
