Running Lights Wiring

How do I wire in some 12V LED lights to just be on with my regular headlight running lights?
I dont need to control them, I just want them to behave like normal running lights / side marker lights.
I have a modular bumper I am swapping in for my plastic one.

I am filling the parking sensor holes with these 12V Led Side Marker lights normally used in trailers.
Interestingly they fit perfect in the parking sensor plastic.
