Screen Brightness Not Updating Auto Day/Night

Sometime over the past few weeks, the screen brightness, and Auto Day/Night change stopped working. It seems to be stuck on "night" mode, even in broad daylight. It will click over to "Day" mode when I manually select via settings. Cycling the headlights from on to off seems to have no impact.

I haven't trouble shot it any further than that .... anyone else have issues?

hahaha.... well aint that a bitch.

Edit - big bird typically rides in the back with my toddlers, but I think theres been a hat on the dash board for the past few days. I'm 99% sure that would have done it.

Rig a small LED light to Big Bird’s butt and wire it to one of the overhead aux switches.
