Service Good / Bad Thread?

Is there a thread on which dealerships are good and bad for service?

Bought my Bronco at Sheehy (Gaithersburg). I have no idea whether to go there or avoid them for service. They were shady AF when it came to pricing warranty and service plans (I bought the extended warranty, from Granger, only) and the salesmen - several of them - were absolutely worthless. It was a chore to get my reservation converted to an order. They didn't lift a finger except to ask me for an all-star rating.

I don't think there's a list but will put a shout out for OC Welch in Hardeeville (Beaufort/Hilton Head). I had no desire to deal with them for my reservation since they refused to give me a price and was a little worried going there for service.

Based upon this dealership’s sales force practices with you it wouldn’t be surprising if their Service department isn’t very customer friendly either. Assuming it’s managed by the same general manager and owner it might be best to find another dealer. Check their websites and read thecreviews.
