Ski Rack - OEM Rack

Does anyone know if the OEM roof rack cross bars work with a ski rack - it seems a lot of the ones in the accessories site install a second set of cross bars (which I cannot understand why )

Yes. I installed a Thule box directly onto the factory rails.

I have been searching for someone who did this, glad to know it was done. I know it “can” be done, but knowing it was actually done is different lol.

Save your money and ears from roof wind noise. Plus the hassle of dealing with height of putting skis on roof especially with Sasquatch.

Get a ski bag. Plenty of room in my 2 door for my bc skis and friends gear.
