Anyone else going to skip the Sasquatch upgrade and buy the Fifteen52 wheels and BF Goodrich tires you see on the Overland build? I like the Sasquatch package but man that overland build looks sweet.

Not those exact wheels, but it's how I discovered 1552. I'm going with white Analog HD wheels to get the retro look (white top and grille too). I'm getting BFG KO2s for the Black Diamond too

No, I want the 7 speed and am not willing to wait for Mansquatch. I'll put it on 33s with the new wheels and that should suffice until I want 35s lol.

This is what I am thinking as well. I like the Sasquatch but like the idea of customizing the wheels and tires from the start.

Exactly. Me saving money on the truck itself allows me to get wheels and tires up front. Hoping to just have them waiting and have dealer install them for me when I take delivery lol

Yep went with the Steelies on the black diamond. I like the 1552 wheels and probably 33’s

Are we still thinking that'll require a 1" lift?

I contacted 1552 about it and they said their 17" wheels and 285/70R17 should be no problem without modifications.

I specifically told them I was getting a BD when I asked them about it. They said that'll work. I'll go with that logic until I get proven wrong once they're installed lol

That's encouraging. I wish Ford would say that as well.

Ford's BD wheels are 7.5"; Badlands 285/70R17 ride on 8s. Is 1552 recommending the 7.5s or the 8s?

They were on my short-list pre-overlander. Now they seem like they'll be "stock." Ha.

There is little chance of anyone in my area having the same wheels but I'm going a different direction.

I will likely go 33 on the BD. Spacer lift if required.

The Analog wheels only come in 17x8.5 for the lug pattern we need, so that's why I asked them about it to be sure. They said the 8.5in wide wheel won't be a problem as long as i don't get too tall of a tire. I replied with the BFG 33s and they said "that should work no problem".

I kinda had the same thought at first, but I love the retro look with the weight savings. Don't care what anyone else has anymore.
