Soft top rear window hardware popping off

I put my Bronco through a car wash and clips that hold rear window to frame snapped off. Ford says they aren't responsible for accessories coming off in a car wash, my question is; since when is a top considered a accessory ?
I like my truck, and the dealer already fixed several quality issues( Rear bumper installed crooked- over 2" difference from left to right side) plastic piece over drivers top latch loose/ rattled, rear door handle gasget installed at 45° angle...just sloppy work. Now the top is coming apart & they say it's not a design issue, just don't go through a carwash !

Are we talking the buckles at the top of the window, or the (stupidly fragile) t-clips on the corner pieces?

If the latter, there's a service bulletin to repair those...

Where is the service bulletin? Someone broke into my bronco last night and it snapped all of those stupid fragile t-clips off one side.
