Hello!

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any aftermarket solutions that make trunk access better for the soft top. It seems it would be hard to get large items in the back with the limited access due to only being able to pivot the rear window up a few degrees.

You probably aren't going to like this but there just aren't a whole lot of options. It's either scrunch under the lifted rear window, load from the front (which brings its own obvious limitations) or remove the rear window for maximum access. Of course some die-hard is probably going to shout out "It's not a problem if you don't have the top on in the first place!" ;)

Like my Wranglers, if you want to put junk in the trunk you need to roll up/remove the rear window

Compared to a Jeep soft top, (not knocking just have experience) the tilt up feature on the Bronco is a nice touch. Access id limited other than taking the window off, if you are comparing to hard top... its not close to loading easily.

Agreed but, I would give up the tilt up soft top in a heartbeat to eliminate the wavy rear bacon-like windows!

You can tighten them up to eliminate the wavy.

You can eliminate it but you lose the ability to lift. Just put some bows on both sides of window.

Nah, the guy in that one vid using the butt connectors? eliminated it and didn't affect the lift at all.

Yeah, agree. We had a soft top Wrangler 20-odd years ago, and I like the rear lift on the Bronco soft top better.

You can just pull the rear window off in a couple of minutes
