I wanted to show a few pics of my recent mudflap mod. It was pretty easy. I templated the fender flare with a pencil and paper, held up the flap to the oem hole locations, marked an endpoint at the fender and an endpoint at the bottom. I then put my hand drawn template on the beginning and ending point and traced a line to cut. Forget dremels and just use a good pair of snips or heavy scissors. Use a dremel to smooth out the line if needed. I took the cut off parts and used two small screws to create an L bracket (a mod from a previous poster). 2 of the u brackets were used to fasten to the fender. I used the factory fastener locations and added an additional push pin and a leftover c clip to attach to the fabric liner.

Looks pretty good to me. I am waiting for flaps that don't ride so low. By the time I get my July 2020 reservation Bronco someone will offer them. Maybe in 2023 or 2024.

Good Luck on getting your Bronco in. I ended up buying a base that was abandoned in lieu of my wildtrak.

They are standard non sasquatch mud flaps. They are not supposed to fit the sasquatch, this is a mod to make them fit. The alternative is the gatorback for a few hundred dollars more.

Have you put the rear oem mudflaps on?

No, I haven't done the rear as I was only worried about the paint on the doors. I would expect it to be easier on the rear. It looks good to me with just the front. Did you do the rear?

No, I have the oem rears. Debating on whether I want to do them or not. Looks as though they would be easier to put on, but wanted to see a pic first. I put the fronts on for the same reason.
