Stegodon Winch? Seems too good to be true, and that always makes me question it

My experiences with Warn products.....
The only locking hubs I've ever broken were Warn Premium hubs, twice
I've owned two Warn winches, one on my 71' bronco and one on my daughter's JK . One cracked an end gear housing, the other had an issue with the free spool lever seizing. I've got a Smittybuilt on there now and on my daughter's Jeep. The only bullet proof Warn winch I've ever been around is an 8274. Our fire service trucks use Smittybuilts as well. Just like any other product, there's good and bad to be found with every brand to some point. I was on strike 4 with Warn so I walked away from them, almost literally lol.

Mostly the Amazon reviews on cheaper straps....

First time I dealt with a cheap strap was trying to pull someone out at the beach. I had just bought the 250 and someone buried themselves in sand. They had a strap, looked fairly new, pulled him out just as it snapped and broke one of my parking sensors. Thankfully it was just a sensor but still. He claimed he only used it twice, including that time.

After that, I swore cheap recovery equipment.
