I sprayed all of mine with Liquid Wrench before removing them. It seems to help.

Thank you for the help guys! I will see what I can do. Wish me luck.
The first thing I would try is using the proper Torx + bit. Take the wheel off the vehicle and lay it on the ground so that your working from above it. Put extreme pressure downward on the bit. If you can turn the screw I would gently work it back and forth to avoid galling each time going in the loose direction slightly more. Thread lubricant may also help.

Yes. Confusing. I only know it's T45 because it took several discussions with an ME on the forum to get the correct size.
