Stripped Bolts in Beauty Rings

I experimented with plasti-dipping my beauty rings a few months ago before I decided to powdercoat them - just to get a sense of what all black wheels would look like on my Badlands 33s with the upgraded wheels.

After a painful process of removing them and dipping them, i learned putting them back on was an even bigger pain in the ass. Two screws stripped completely, and 2 of them wont even screw in all the way.

I am not sure where to take my Bronco to get this addressed. Nor am I sure where to get new bolts, and remove the stripped one. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any recommendations?

there was another thread on this. i think it was a dealer warranty, and they were miss drilled from the factory.

i think another person had an idea to use a tap/dye set.
