Sync 4 on my OBX has been the buggiest infotainment system I have had. Since April 29th I have had to reboot it 4 times, three since it would lock up and only show the Bronco Logo (which I like but cannot access radio, navigation and the like.) The 4th and last time it was stuck on a Sirius XM station and wouldn't allow me to change the channel at all. I am up to date on updates.

Only 4 times? I got mine in april and have had to reboot it on average once every week or so. I usually get either no screen or i get no audio from carplay.

I'm on the new update as well and also have some issues with Sirius not displaying song and artist info. I noticed this issue before my Sync updated as well.

I am stuck on the “Priority Update-Audio”. It has not completely downloaded and the update now button is greyed out. It has been like this for a few weeks. Last successful 6.3.0 update was the step up to the mic update.

Any thoughts?

I'd need to VIN to check. PM is fine.

I'm having this issue as well. Update 6.3.0 and it saying not completed and update button grayed out.

Also having issues with XM not showing artist or title. Also the little bell icon is overlapped with the sources button.

Send me the VIN. Hopefully your truck reported back to the server after the update to see if this can be fixed like in the case of the OP.

man - this ford sync / auto update seems to be a real adventure. My 23 worked fine until my latest update in mid July. Since then my connectivity has not been as good
