Great to get some hands on time and a closer look, thank you to the kind folks who put on the event! Especially our big friend with the long flowing locks (his name is escaping me at the moment), the Cactus Gray Black Diamond was nice to see, liked Cactus Gray in person, I’m happy with that choice for mine, Black Diamond is really functional fun trim with the marine grade vinyl seats, washout floors, it had the manual with crawler gear, has a more of a vintage Gen 1 looking grill and lighting, and wheels!

Was there a difference in the material used for the upper dash on the OBX compared to the BD?

Yes, I am still asking people this question -

Was there a difference in the material used for the upper dash on the OBX compared to the BD?

I was curious about that too! I think I might have felt a little rushed with the OBX (a lot of folks waiting in line behind me) and moved onto the Black Diamond to quickly, and missed examining the dash closer, my regrets!
