FYI the Ranger Raptor rear transfer case Flange-yoke is a 4 bolt style, and REAL u joint and appears to have a 1350 sized ujoint

You will find the splines are not the same as the original companion flange, do not try to force a fit you will dammage the t-case output shaft.
It's standard 32 spline output, or is it not?
No need to re-engineer anything...the Ranger Raptor 4 bolt flange DEFINITELY fits the t-case...and there's likely A 1410 series double cardon flange available for it....

I bet @Ducati1098 could find the part # for R-Raptor t-case flange.

Same tooth count nearly the same diameter, but a different tooth shape . Be careful not to force fit the parts together. You can damage the imput stubs, or strip parts.
I work for Canads largest Driveline shop Pat's Driveline. We have been looking into options and are developing a solution. We are working on prototype shafts now.

I don't think the catalog is complete yet. This is the only diagram it shows currently with a R-Raptor VIN, doesn't even show me the entire T-case yet. I'll keep digging around though.

I checked mine yesterday and it's still intact...I have modified mine, the smaller clamp is removed from the boot. this allows the boot to move up and down the shaft as it moves with suspension. Thus saving the boot.
