THE my Bronco production build date has been DELAYED / MOVED BACK thread

Just received an email from Ford delaying another week. I was an 8/16 build, BL 2.7, now 8/23. I shouldn't complain, but was supposed to be 7/23 and tired of getting these emails. Any other Badlands orders get delayed as well, I am assuming so since it was a BL heavy week.

Shut downs in July caused the original push back.

Yes, a couple of hours ago. It was obviously pre-scheduled but sounds like there may be a lot going out.

I was week of 6/21
then week of 7/12
then day of 7/16
then week of 6/28
then Blend date 20210630
then In Production/produced 7/1

and I have no idea where my Bronco is!

Moral-moving up a build date is not necessarily a good thing!

Got the same email tonight, was week of 8/9 now 8/16. The joke at home now is the '22 superduty I ordered 3weeks ago may get delivered first. It is scheduled for 8/30 build week

I believe Ford is wanting to catch up with the 1000's of already built Bronco's sitting in their lots waiting for their MIC. I hoping that ford won't push these guys off any longer. They've been waiting for over a month...

Well, my Camel's back is finally broken.
I am buying another Jeep.
But don't fret, since I don't have a VIN yet, I am going down to a Base 2 door with Sasquatch because I think my Jeep just may be worn out by the time I get my Bronco.

Well I can confirm 100% that plant shut downs have pushed back my production date. My order went from a 6/14 build week to a 7/5 build week. It is what it is..... I ordered a 2.7 BD 4D with the MIC top. I sold my Ranger today because I could not pass up the money that is being offered right now. August it is....

That sucks...Help me out here. I'm new to this. What does MIC stand for?

I got email yesterday that my build date was moved from 8/9 to 8/16. I am disappointed! I would not be surprised if I get more emails about further delays. I reserved on 2nd day.

same date but its my fourth time change if this keeps up I will check out the new 22 mdx since it will be similarly price. luxury, quiet, hardly no complaints in acura forum yet vs fun rugged vehicle convertible, turn heads

Par for the course with Ford this year. No scheduled date on Superduty orders placed in October. Orders getting pushed back multiple times from March all the way to August now. Nothing we can do but wait…
