Ok, now I am getting mad at the dealer. They told me it arrived, now say that it is delayed. I asked if it is still on the train and they said ‘I don’t have access to that info’

I called to track it and it said the rail car was released to customer in emporia Kansas. Well that’s not the yard it should be going to. It’s suppose to be released at Alliance Texas. Can anyone help my out?

I can't see everything... I don't do the tracking of the rail cars. Try the CSX number first, if they don't have it, it's probably UP since you are in California and Kos may be able to help you.
