quick question (and thanks again for doing this). Norfolk Southern still says 'no tracing information' for this railcar number. According to Ford - it shipped on 10/31 or 11/1 from MAP. Status from Ford says 'In Transit'. My ETA date is 11/23, and it typically takes less than a week in transit according to my dealer. I have (another) sales tax credit that expires 11/23 so it is important that it gets here by its ETA date or preferably before. Any ideas? Order number is 2436.

Sorry, it's not available in the pool for assignment and my railroad isn't on the current waybill so I don't have visibility.

Given final destination in Jacksonville I would expect it to go from MAP to Jacksonville on the CSX the entire way. The CSX automated service would be your best bet for updates. Phone # is in the OP.

I can't see anything interesting from work, but it has not been released, usually if QA has it, it is beyond me to know why.
